Oil Field Services
HAD utilizes a Schramm T-130 and a Versa-Drill V-2000 rotary drilling rigs to perform oilfield operations. The Schramm is a 5500’ tophead drive rotary. The Schramm excels in the urban drilling environment due to its compact size, quiet operation, and fast rig-up. The Schramm is equipped to drill with fluid and/or air as the circulating median. HAD operates a pair of wisperized Sullair compressors for air drilling and a Continental Emsco D-375 mud pump equipped with a Cowl Silencer muffler for fluid drilling. The Schramm is equipped with a hydraulic pipe handling arm and hydraulic break out tongs for increased efficiency and safety. All power units on the rig and support equipment are modern, electronic controlled diesel engines for maximum fuel efficiency and dependability.
The Versa-Drill is an 1800’ tophead drive rotary. The Versa-Drill is also equipped to drill with fluid and air. The Versa-Drill is suited to drill Berea and Ohio Shale wells. The Versa-Drill offers a cost effective solution, setting Conductor and Surface casing strings ahead of larger conventional rigs.
HAD owns a fleet of support equipment to compliment our rigs including two 5- axle winch trucks for rig moves and trucking casing. HAD also has a CAT dozer, track hoe, and skid steers for location building and drill site support. We have steel fluid pits with shale shakers and desilting manifolds for environmentally sensitive locations and parking lot well sites.
